```Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team.
As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for providing English language instruction to non-native speakers.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening - Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process - Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluations - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language development - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Teaching certification or ESL certification - Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language - Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and instructional strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Familiarity with technology tools for language instruction - Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus Skills: - Lesson planning: Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Proofreading: Skill in reviewing written work for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

- Math: Proficiency in mathematical concepts and ability to integrate math into language instruction.
- Behavior management: Skill in addressing and managing student behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
- Library services: Knowledge of library resources and ability to incorporate them into language instruction.
