* Should be able to design integration solutions with various OSS/BSS components in the stack * Document, share and get the necessary customer approvals for the detailed design and architecture.
* Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines related to monitoring and observability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Must have understanding on Telecom Provisioning area especially in the following areas: * Product/Service Catalogue, Customer Information Management, Customer Order Management, Service Order Management, Resource Order Management, Service Activation, MANO.
