We are seeking a Mass Tort/Product Liability Associate for our Newark, NJ or White Plains, NY office.
We would also consider the right candidate located near our Philadelphia, Wilmington, or Pittsburgh offices.
The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation and asbestos matters in a fast paced, active environment and will have direct communication and interaction with clients.
Qualifications
At least 2-6 years of mass tort or product liability experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in state and federal court civil procedure
Competence and desire to manage independently a variety of active matters
Ability to distill research into meaningful and persuasive written work product and oral presentations
Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York (required)
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (preferred)
Driver’s license and some travel required
