I will have a private large furnished room in a nice, quiet house.
It has 3 windows.

You will have to share the kitchen and bathroom with 1 adult (man).
The kitchen has:
stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots & pan, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, knives set, etc.

The Bus stops right on front of the house and it will take you inside the Ferry Terminal.
NO PETS or SMOKING in the room or inside house.
(Smoking outside of the house only)
You will need to have 1 month rent and 1 month security Deposit.
