Job Description: Are you an experienced insurance sales representative? Awesome! This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance sales representative.
We provide comprehensive training and warm leads.
The ideal candidate will have a Property and Casualty License and insurance experience.
This role is for someone who is bilingual in English and Russian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and /or Chinese.
Our base salary is up to $60,000, based on experience with additional commission and bonus incentives.
Outstanding performers who demonstrate consistent performance may earn up to an impressive $90,000 per year in total compensation.

Entry-level applicants make a base salary of $30,000 which can be supplemented with bonuses and commissions after completion of training based on performance, bringing total compensation up to $45,000 in the 1st year.

Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
Close sales.
Handle objections and win back clients.
Utilize excellent relationship-building talents.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
Work independently to achieve sales targets.
Meet or exceed sales goals by generating referrals through networking and building relationships.
Requirements 1+ years of experience in insurance preferred.
Willing to train.
1+ years of demonstrated success in sales.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Cantonese, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and/or Mandarin is a PLUS but not mandatory to apply! Fundamental knowledge of computer software Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
Ambitious self-starter who can work independently while in a collaborative environment Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
