Kitchen and Bath Sales Associate

Sales Associate Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations - Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits to customers - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Knowledge of Sketchup or other design software is a plus - Experience in inside sales or retail sales is preferred - Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
