We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing efforts and graphic design initiatives for Russo Development and Russo Property Management.
This position will be based out of our luxurious property located in Union, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the marketing functions and needs of the stabilized properties as well as properties in lease up during the position’s term, regarding websites, imagery, graphic design, collateral, social media, etc.
Planning and executing social media posts for stabilized properties as well as properties in lease up on a more frequent basis.
Support of Community events via social media, event collateral (flyers, posting on social media, etc.
)
Provide support to the Director of Training and Development, alongside the Vice President of Marketing and the Senior Director of Marketing.
Graphic design support as needed for Marketing efforts and other design tasks.
Support the planning and execution of resident events, corporate events etc.
Social media scheduling and implantation.
Support the Marketing team with all aspects of new lease up development communities, when it comes to all tasks related to advertising, signage, photography, e-blast communications, and public relations.
Assist Marketing in market research for current and future developments.
Support RPM Communities with online reputation efforts, responses, and strategy.
Assist Marketing in running reports, as needed by Property Managers, Regional Managers and Ownership.
Requirements:
BS Degree in (Marketing, Graphic Design or related field) preferred
3-5 Years’ of experience.
Strong knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion about marketing.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.
Team player who is eager to collaborate with various departments.
Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
Initiative-taking self-starter who offers ideas and strong recommendations.
Ability to communicate clearly with all team members.
A solution-based “can do” attitude which demonstrates the ability to flex and adjust quickly as needed.
A general interest and willingness to learn about Real Estate Development and Property Management, if not already experienced in the area.
