Business Sales Development Rep
IN-OFFICE TEAM OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a results-driven business sales development representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

You can earn upwards of 70k+ when you hit your goals with a base PLUS UNCAPPED commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell insurance-related products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform simple conversations and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Be a part of a group under a Fortune 500 company
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Provide quotes for customers
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Openness to feedback
MUST be able to pass all licensing requirements
