*Responsibilities*
* Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
* Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis to existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Build relationships & create customers for life.
Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinated sales effort with team members and management in all departments
* Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Requirements:
* Proven work experience in customer service
* Familiarity with CRM platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Must be bilingual in both English, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish
* High School diploma
* *Requirements for Sales Manager:*
* Had at lease 2 years of experiences as Sales Manager or 4 years experiences as Sales professional.
* responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles
* Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
* Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
* Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $20,000.
