*Director of Sales - Multi-Venue Hospitality Group*
As the Director of Sales for our dynamic multi-venue hospitality group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, overseeing the sales team, and managing event bookings across our diverse portfolio of venues.
This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Sales Leadership:*
* Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team across multiple venues, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
* *Venue-specific Sales Oversight:*
* Collaborate with venue managers to align sales strategies with the unique offerings and target markets of each location.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to individual sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* *Event Booking Management:*
* Oversee the event booking process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams and event planning staff.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and industry partners to drive event bookings.
* *Scheduling and Resource Management:*
* Efficiently manage sales team schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak times and events.
* Coordinate with other departments to allocate resources effectively for events, parties, and special occasions.
* *Market Analysis and Trends:*
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
* *Reporting and Analysis:*
* Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.
* Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
* *Cross-Functional Collaboration:*
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
* Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of booked events.
* *Customer Satisfaction:*
* Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of event management and booking processes.

* Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
