Job Summary:
Horizon BCBS seeks a self-directed sales and marketing savvy intern for the Sales Enablement and Education Analyst Intern with a passion for digital sales tools, collaboration, analysis and creative problem-solving.
The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects; work closely with Horizon staff, as well as outside vendors and brokers.
Intern will also work closely with assigned manager and mentor as well as gain exposure to Horizon leadership.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing the Horizon CBU Event program to ensure Horizon has a consistent and repeatable process for supporting events.
Partner with sales enablement and administrative team to assemble event packages, develop tracking process to manage event requests and manage event asset inventory.
Collaborate with sales enablement and education development manager to assist in administration and management of digital sales tools.
Support Sales Enablement and Education managers in development and execution of 2025 Open Enrollment Period project plan.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management that will support the Sales Enablement and Education team.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred.
Project Management
Business Acumen
Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products to include (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
).
High School Diploma Required
Marketing, Management or Communications major preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Requires strong PC skills including ability to manipulate spreadsheets and word documents as well as working knowledge of PowerPoint.
Individual should be detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
Individual should have excellent organizational and project management skills.
Individual should be a self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently.
Individual should be able to work in a fast paced environment
Individual should be a strong multi-tasker
