We are looking for a Self-Motivated Outside Sales Representative who will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services*.

*RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS*
* “Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
* Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
* Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
* Meet personal and team sales targets
* Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
* Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
* Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
* Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory skills and attributes
* Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in Lead Generation and finding new sales prospects
* Must be driven to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads
* Create and be Accountable to Regular Reporting to the Leadership Team
* Manage client expectations to ensure that the Team can deliver on what is promised
* Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
* Experience with CRM and sales lifecycle
* Clean Drivers license
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Education: Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience).
* 3-5 years of successful business to business sales experience
* Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers
* IT technical knowledge a plus (Product/technical sales knowledge will be provided)
