Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and financing options
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Skills:
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive sales processes
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the customer and the dealership
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
