Salary: $15 per hour (base)
Commission: Up to 12% extra daily
Responsibilities:
* Engage with potential customers, providing information and addressing inquiries about our stunning 3D engraved crystal products.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, bringing their vision to life through personalized crystal gifts.
* Demonstrate the intricacies and craftsmanship of our 3D engraved crystal pieces, showcasing their unique value as heartfelt keepsakes.
* Identify sales opportunities and effectively close deals, providing an unforgettable gifting experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape of personalized crystal gifts.
Requirements:
* Preferred experience in sales or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey the beauty and emotion behind our products.
* Self-motivation and a drive to achieve sales targets while creating lasting customer connections.
