*About this position*
Accem is looking for a motivated, energetic and passionate sales profressional to join our growing team.
This person is preferred to have experience in the warehousing industry, specializing in imports.
The Sales Executive focuses on searching for new business, as well as developing and managing exisiting key accounts to achieve targeted sales goals according to the sales plan and budget.
The Sales Executive looks for opportunities and must think outside the box to maximize sales.
They are responsible for achieving sales targets from direct sales routes through the process of growing and developing existing clients and identifying new ones.
Compensation is based on experience, book of business and includes base plus quarterly commission.
On target Earning of $225,000
*Duties*
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base related to CFS, warehousing and transloading accounts.
* Maintain exisiting customer base by making sales calls and office visits.
* Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers
* Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers
* Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
* Assist to prepare marking material, brochures and deliver to the existing customers and potential prospects.
* Rate shop competition to keep up with market trends
* Solve customer related issues.
* Attend Quarterly trade shows as assigned by ownership.
* Participate in weekly sales & revenue and operation meetings.
*Requirements*
* At least 5 years experience in warehousing/logistics sales.
* Willing to travel and engage prospective clients through out the country
* Experience in working with International clients
* Proven track record of success in outside sales or technical sales roles
* Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
* Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
* Experience in business development and account management
* Proficient in using CRM software
* Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* CFS experience is preferred
* Knowledge in LCL, FCL, inland and all other trucking experience is desired
* Additional knowledge of food and liquor warehousing industry is desired

Pay: $90,000.
