Responsibilities
Assisting Account Manager on sales and service activities such as "onboarding" new policyholders.
Working with Account Manager on developing new sources of referrals including but not limited to planning/ attending local community events in order to develop and deepen community relationships
Quoting and binding new insurance products
Assisting policyholders with service requests including policy changes, billing questions & taking payments.
Handle office financial deposit, mail & meet with customers when needed in the office.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Positive, outgoing, team-player
Self-motivated
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Bilingual - Spanish
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Must be able to reliability get to and from Maplewood office when needed
