Responsibilities - Set leads & provide in home solar consultations - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings they can achieve - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in solar technology ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in outside sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of solar energy and the ability to effectively communicate its benefits to customers - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Proficiency in software applications, such as Salesforce, for lead tracking and customer management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed As a Solar Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting renewable energy solutions to customers.
You will have the opportunity to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs.
