*Serenity Hospice *is looking to add a motivated and passionate *Director of Business Development* to generate new business, maintain and build new relationships as well as develop sales and marketing strategies to further our presence in the community.
This position covers the *Essex/Union County *areas.
Responsibilities:
* Forecast needs for business development in assigned territory.
* Facilitate and maintain relationships with businesses including Skilled Nursing facilities, ALF's, Hospitals, Physicians Practices
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team
* With the Executive team, set and achieve goals for growth.
* Create effective and sustainable strategies for continued growth.
* Attend Marketing Meetings as required.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
*Requirements:*
* *Must have at least two years of experience in Hospice, Hospital or Nursing Home development.
*
* *Must have at least two years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
*
* Reliable transportation and willing to drive extensively within the assigned territory.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Driven and motivated personality, looking for growth.
