*Overview:*
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to spearhead strategic initiatives across multiple sectors -- cannabis, telecommunications, and payment processing.
This role offers the opportunity to spearhead dynamic marketing initiatives across diverse industries, driving brand recognition and customer engagement.
*Schedule:*
* 2 days onsite in New Brunswick, NJ
* 3 days a week in Brooklyn, NY
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across the cannabis dispensary, T-Mobile services, and payment processing divisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing campaigns, encompassing digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and promotions.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to optimize marketing strategies.
* Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, print materials, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, furnishing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
* Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes pertinent to the cannabis, telecommunications, and payment processing sectors.
* Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to elevate brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
* Coordinate with external agencies and contractors as necessary to support marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
* Serve as a brand advocate by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
* Flexibility to work on the dispensary floor and support dispensary operations during the 2 days working in NJ Dispensary.
*Qualifications:*
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing/social media roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Prior experience in regulated industries like cannabis, telecommunications, or finance is advantageous.
* Willingness to support dispensary functions on the floor during the 2 days working in the NJ dispensary.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $80,000.
