Overview
The primary purpose of this job is to foster the merchandising, promotion, and the selling of concept to assist sell-thru of the specific products chosen by client suppliers.
This job will be conducted in the Off-Premise Accounts (Retail Stores) of Allied Beverage Group, via a list assigned by the manager.
The accounts will be assigned via a route list by the merchandising manager.
The accounts will be visited a minimum of twice a month.

Shelf management for existing client products and new product introduction
Rebate coupon distribution, installation, and removal upon expiration
Cold-box management for client supplier’s products
Restocking of shelves, cold-box, and displays
Log all efforts in an excel spreadsheet as required
Take digital or conventional pictures of efforts as outlined by the Merchandising Manager and e-mail the pictures daily to the Merchandising Manager
Check e-mail regularly during workday via Smartphone or iPad and reply to all e-mail within As soon as possible
On a regular basis preferably not less than every two days:
Forward via e-mail or post on Drop Box any requested reports, surveys, trackers, and back-up documentation pictures
Occasionally, the Merchandiser will be required to:
Conduct a data survey by size, price, or shelf position of specified product(s)
Assist in New Store product shelf placement and floor display set up of ABG products, as well as unloading trucks.
Assist in existing store make-overs and resets with product shelf placement and floor display set up of ABG products
Delivery product in a company vehicle with a NJ transit insignia

Qualifications
College Degree
Experience in Sales & Marketing
2-4 years of experience with a background in Marketing/Business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
Outgoing and personable
Sales-oriented personality
Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License
