*Title:- Business Development Manager(IT Staffing)* *Experience:- 9+* *Client:- AIT Global Inc (Direct client)* *Salary : 100-110K plus fixed incentive plan tied to business performance* *Location : Matawan, NJ (Hybrid) – 3 Day from Office – 2days WFH* *Job Description:* *Responsibilities:* *Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth for the company.
* *Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* *Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to deliver staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
* *Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
* *Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the company's capabilities and services.
* *Negotiate contracts and deals with clients to maximize profits.
* *Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects and identify opportunities for improvement* *Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.
* *Attend networking events and conferences to expand industry knowledge and build relationships with potential clients.
* *Requirements:* *Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field* *Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT staffing industry* *Strong understanding of the IT staffing and solutions market* *Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* *Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
* *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* *Results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets* *Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office* *Candidates with a current book of business are highly preferred.
