The Change Management Lead will play a key role in helping with enterprise software implementations (change initiatives) and Source-To-Pay related change management activities.
This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
Key activities may include stakeholder engagement, conducting impact analysis, gathering, and assessing change impacts, end user communications, end user (and supplier) training, and measuring end user adoption.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Job Responsibilities: 1.
Change Management: Lead Change Management initiatives by demonstrating comprehensive understanding of Prosci methodology, to employ ADKAR systematic approach to adoption, communication, and training.
2.
Project Management: Align Change milestones with Broadridge PMO through regular updates and collaboration to establish milestones and communicate to executive steering committee.
3.
Employee Training: Facilitate, schedule, and organize stakeholder and role specific training.
4.
Organizational Skill: Demonstrate knowledge of Broadridge organization, Fintech companies and impacted stakeholders.
5.
Technical Expertise: Leverage understanding of procurement processes, procurement technology and sourcing models 6.
Leadership: Provide direction, identify change impact risks, and develop creative solutions to meet adoption goals.
7.
Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration garnering buy-in to strategic objectives.
8.
Communications: Coordinate enterprise-wide communications and align communication channels through stakeholder segmentation.
9.
Collaboration: Coordinate regular change update meetings with business leaders to create transparency across project while developing solutions to achieve objectives.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field (preferred).
Change Management Certified A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR is a plus.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification) Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Experience in project, program, and risk management.
Ideal Candidate Profile - Skills/Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong process management skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment Experience in using an ERP system or Cloud Procurement System i.
