*Job Title:*
Regional Manager - Full Time
*Responsibilities:*
The Regional Manager reports to the Regional Vice President or Executive Vice President.
Through the supervision of Community Managers, the Regional Manager has complete responsibility for all properties within their portfolio, including oversight of general administration, leasing, maintenance of the physical property, capital expenditures, program compliance, communication with governmental agencies, budget preparation, and financial control, direction of staff, resident relations and communication with supervisors and owners.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid Driver's License
* Real Estate Sales or Associate Brokers License (as required by the State)
* Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management if preferred.
Completion of in-house training in use of Real Page OneSite is required within the first 90 days of employment
* Strong Communication, Management, Time Management, and Organizational skills
