You will report to the field marketing manager and the marketing director.

*Responsibilities:*
* Door to door engaging with residents and building canvassing
* Set up and run table events
* Register and pre-register customers by providing information on the company's services and plans
* Hand out flyers to individuals in high-traffic areas
* Place door hangers throughout buildings
* Daily reporting of work done in the field
* Execute other types of grassroots marketing tactics as required to achieve marketing objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order
* Represent the Andrena brand and our values
*Requirements:*
* Must possess _*excellent communication*_ and _*interpersonal skills *_and _*love interacting with people*_ to represent the company in a positive and engaging manner
* Live within close proximity to areas we serve
* Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and _*stand or walk*_ for extended periods to perform field marketing activities
* Prior experience as a brand ambassador preferred
* Proficiency in _*Spanish*_is a plus
*Schedule:*
* Expected hours of work per week: 30-35
* This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that may require work on varying days and times, including occasional nights and weekends
