Discover Impactful Work: The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing marketing partnerships and collaborations with large non-profit organizations and clinical commercial laboratories who work in the area of multiple myeloma.
The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
A day in the Life: Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and engage with non-profit organizations and clinical commercial laboratories who work in the area of multiple myeloma to establish marketing partnerships.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and communication teams, and researchers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership and develop proposals to secure funding.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, content creation, and event sponsorships.
Manage and track partnership metrics, including engagement, reach, and revenue generation.
Represent The Binding Site at industry events and conferences to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Keys to Success: Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required.
An MBA is preferred.
Experience 4+ years’ experience in marketing partnerships and collaborations in the healthcare industry required, with a focus on oncology or hematology preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel.
Previous digital marketing experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and multiple myeloma disease landscape preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English’ You should have a passion for technology and working in the life-science sector.
