Job Summary - Business Sales Analyst
The Business Sales Analyst will be a member of the Commercial Operations team and will lead the administration of the sales force incentive compensation plans and reporting.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Veeva, Excel, ability to develop complex data analysis, and experience in managing incentive compensation plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct strategic analysis of sales performance and market trends in support of Client leadership objectives.
Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams.
Monitor sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Work to ensure the optimization of the CRM technology.
Evolve existing reports and presentations into Veeva.
Collaborate with Client leadership on the design and administration of incentive compensation plans for the Sales Force.
Reinforce and support Client in delivering commercial sales/profit objectives for marketed Products.
Support and administer Incentive Compensation functions within software environment.
Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate delivery of all sales incentive reports, schedules, and visuals.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to assist development of field-based incentive compensation plans.
Conduct ad hoc analysis for the Commercial team using Veeva tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Conduct incentive compensation system training to sales force and resolve inquiries on data, processes, and IC platform.
Explore areas where data visualization can increase efficiency of commercial departments.
Lead and participate on multi-functional project teams as assigned.
Knowledge & Other Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years working in Sales Operations as a Business Analyst utilizing various data sources, deriving and tracking KPIS, required.
Experience with VEEVA deployments required.
Experience in developing and deploying CRM systems into a pharma sales environment required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Excellent Excel skills required.

Keen analytical sense and ability to understand financial concepts.
Strong business acumen
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Strong technical/clinical aptitude
Ability to recognize and adapt to change and ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively communicate the findings associated with data analysis or team member questions.
Pharma/biotech experience preferred.
Capable of being innovative and dynamic in approach to work.
Capable of performing other duties as assigned by management.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $66,800.
00 - $100,300.
