You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients.
You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking.
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.
If you have three or more years of hospitality sales experience and are ready to confidently bring a winning sales plan to our business.
Compensation:
Expected First Year Earnings: $150,000
$80,000 - $100,000 base
bonus expected 1st year earnings

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within targeted accounts
Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress against objectives
Regularly monitor the competition and market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Provide technical and sales support to internal and external customers throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home improvement and/or roofing industry
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the roofing and home improvement space
Proven success in initiating and developing successful sales strategies
Experience utilizing CRM, MS Office, and other sales tools
US Work Authorization and valid driver’s license
