We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets.
Our next sales consultant is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
Qualifications:
Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
Good organization and time management skills
Must have previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry in Staten Island, NY, US
Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership positions, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of inspiring and leading by example
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with others
